Stems are an Akron band that writes songs about paranoia, general disregard, and probably bad love. Their sound could be described as a combination of Joy Division if they liked to drink beer and have a good time & Talking Heads right after being broken up with. They are currently finishing up their ep which was mixed by Ben Vehorn, whose worked with Strand of Oaks, Drummer, and Royal Bangs.
